Children's Ministries


Sunday School
The Children's Department encompasses all children from nursery every Sunday from 9:30 until 10:30. Aside from Sunday School, the Children's Department sponsors an annual Easter Egg hunt and other activities.  We are always thrilled to have volunteers to teach, assist, or otherwise heed God's call through our ministry.
 

 
Children's Choir
Children's Choir meets on Sunday evenings from 6-6:30.  Children's Choir is for children in grades 1-6.  We love to come together to make a joyful noise to the Lord.  It is never too late to join.  We usually sing on the 4th Sunday of each month.  Questions can be directed to Felecia Summy at 834-4270 or jfsummy@ptd.net.

Junior Youth Fellowship
Jesus You're First.   Junior Youth Fellowship (JYF) meets on the 3rd Saturday of every month from 6-7:30.  Children in grades 4, 5 and 6 are welcome to attend.  JYF strives to provide a conducive environment for the children to grow in their knowledge of the Lord, relationships with other and community outreach.   Each meeting includes fellowship time, devotions, crafts and snack.  Leaders for this group include:  Ken and Sandy Martz, Daphne Cotton, Pastor Candace Arnold, David Marshall, Jim and Felecia Summy
