FAITHWORKS

For over a year members of our church have been ministering to people of our community . We call this ministry Faith Works. We have provided everything from food items to furniture to baby needs and Bibles. Because people see that we truly care, they have come to trust us, and are willing to talk with us about the Lord and perhaps take a Bible home with them. Many of the needed items have been provided by Mission Central. But now their supplies are becoming strained.

Most of the stores that were donating opened packages of diapers have for some reason stopped. Now think about this; those packages are opened because people are stealing diapers. In my opinion no one should have to steal diapers. No one should have to ration diapers on their baby. But we do see that happening.

Here is your opportunity to help. Please put donations in the Faith Works basket in the foyer near the fellowship hall. We are always in need of diapers of any size, baby and children’s clothes and shoes (new and used), Bibles, and other miscellaneous items as requested.
